REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

Role Overview:

  • We are looking for a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in radiology and clinical image annotation.
  • This role involves accurately labeling and annotating medical imaging data to support AI/ML model development and validation, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform precise annotation of medical images (MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound) for AI/ML training datasets.
  • Apply standardized labeling protocols and maintain consistency across datasets.
  • Validate annotations for accuracy and completeness.
  • Interpret imaging studies and provide clinical insights for annotation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to define clinically relevant features and regions of interest.
  • Ensure annotations align with diagnostic standards and clinical workflows.
  • Maintain documentation of annotation processes in accordance with Good Clinical Practices (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Support audits and regulatory submissions with detailed annotation reports.
  • Work closely with AI/ML teams, clinical researchers, and regulatory specialists.
  • Provide feedback on annotation tools and workflows for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • MD in Radiology or equivalent clinical imaging certification.
  • Strong understanding of imaging modalities (MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound) and DICOM standards.
  • Experience in medical image annotation for AI/ML projects.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA).

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of annotation tools (e.g., ITK-SNAP, 3D Slicer, Labelbox).
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts and medical imaging libraries (e.g., MONAI).
  • Prior experience in clinical trials or regulated healthcare environments.
