We re looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to join GA DHS as a Help Desk Analyst 2 focused on account provisioning and onboarding coordination, not technical troubleshooting. If you're local to Georgia and skilled with ServiceNow, Excel, and O365, this could be your next stable contract role!
Key Responsibilities:
Process onboarding/offboarding of employees and contractors
Submit and track access requests via ServiceNow
Verify account setups, equipment delivery, and network access
Communicate status updates to hiring managers
Ensure SLA compliance while delivering top-notch customer service
Required Skills:
2+ years in Help Desk/Clerical support roles
Strong Excel (formulas, reports), O365, and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently
Georgia residents only must be authorized to work in the US
Nice to Have:
Experience with Okta
Familiarity with account provisioning/access management workflows
IMPORTANT: Candidate must be able to report onsite if requested.
