RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking an Operations Analyst.

Responsibilities:
* Analyzes plans, conducts and/or prepares plans or procedures that provide operational and/or technical support to business operations to achieve specific objectives
* Advises business groups by providing direction to initiative prioritization, integration and resource application
* Maintains ongoing communication and engagement with stakeholders
* Tracks, maintains and provides current information on the operation's business scorecard
* Ensures effective and efficient operations through conducting operations analyses (i.e. operational effectiveness and capacity utilization), and recommends improvements
* This is an on-site role at HQ - with a typical work schedule; They will potentially have some evening calls from time to time as the team regularly engages with partners in Asia
* Some WFH Fridays (not every single week)

REQUIREMENTS:
* Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience; Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law degree and 3 years of experience; Master's degree and 4 years of experience; Associate's degree and 6 years of experience; High School diploma/GED and 7 years of experience

Desired soft skills:
* Autonomy; candidates should be comfortable with working independently without a ton of supervision
* Comfortable with some stakeholder engagement
* Not afraid to ask questions
* Willing to look at something with fresh eyes and provide ideas on improvement
* Compliance labeling experience would be extremely helpful in this role

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
