Business Analyst with experience in insurance operations and Salesforce CRM in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, focusing on streamlining sales, claims, and customer experience workflows across insurance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to insurance workflows and Salesforce customizations
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional business units, Salesforce developers, and operational teams
- Design and recommend process improvements that align with regulatory and compliance standards in the insurance domain
- Develop detailed user stories, workflow diagrams, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Support testing activities including UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
- Ensure Salesforce solutions align with enterprise platform standards and integrations
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
- Provide post-deployment support and stakeholder training as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry
- Experience working with or supporting Insurance systems, platforms, or teams
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud)
- Strong understanding of insurance products, especially claims, underwriting, and policy administration
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification
- Experience integrating third-party platforms or legacy systems with Salesforce
- Familiarity with underwriting workflows or claims portals
