Job Description:

Epic Cupid Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:
* Epic Cupid Enhancements: Lead and support the design, build, testing, and deployment of enhancements within the Epic Cupid module
* Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with clinical teams to streamline documentation and procedural workflows, reducing manual effort and improving system usability
* Third-Party Integration: Ensure seamless integration with cardiology systems such as Epiphany (ECG management) and hemodynamic systems (e.g., GE Sensis, Philips Xper)
* Project Work: Handle small-scale projects (2-3 hours each) independently, contributing to backlog reduction
* Structured Reporting: Support structured reporting initiatives, including mapping and registry transitions (e.g., CathPCI)

REQUIREMENTS:
* Epic Cupid Certification (must be current)
* Experience with both invasive and non-invasive cardiology workflows
* Strong background in third-party cardiology applications (Epiphany, hemodynamic systems)
* Proficiency in structured reporting, data mapping, and registry transitions

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Mac Lab/Cardio Lab (nice to have)
* Prior experience supporting Epic Go-Lives and optimization projects at large health systems
* Familiarity with ticketing systems for request tracking
