Location: Onsite in Indianapolis, IN (Mon-Wed), Remote (Sun)

We're seeking a Sr. Service Desk Analyst with strong customer service and technical support skills to join our hybrid team. This role combines remote and onsite support, including walk-in desktop support and help desk responsibilities. You'll handle 35-40 tickets daily via phone, chat, and email, and provide first-level resolution before escalating to the Desktop Support team.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

- Shift: Sun-Tues, 7am-7pm; Wed, 7am-11am (Desktop Support tasks only)
- Training: First 3 weeks, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm onsite
- On-Call Rotation: Mon-Sun, 7am-7pm
Overview:
We're seeking a Sr. Service Desk Analyst with strong customer service and technical support skills to join our hybrid team. This role combines remote and onsite support, including walk-in desktop support and help desk responsibilities. You'll handle 35-40 tickets daily via phone, chat, and email, and provide first-level resolution before escalating to the Desktop Support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line support for hardware, software, VPN, and application issues
- Support walk-in users with desktop troubleshooting and basic IT tasks
- Perform password resets, account setup/deactivation, and access control
- Assist with onboarding and new hire orientations
- Troubleshoot MS Office, email, macros, and document management
- Handle website and application support for internal and external users
- Perform basic desktop support tasks on Wednesdays (imaging, equipment prep/shipping, moves)
- Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base
- Participate in on-call rotation and occasional after-hours support
Requirements:
- Experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Okta
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Endpoint Admin) preferred
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
