Overview:
A leading financial services organization is seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer with expertise in Groovy scripting, Jenkins pipelines, and cloud-based CI/CD automation. This role focuses on modernizing and refactoring a suite of applications in the cloud as part of a large-scale digital transformation project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Groovy DSL scripts from scratch
- Automate build, deploy, and release processes across development and production environments
- Support and enhance CI/CD frameworks both on-premise and in the AWS cloud
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Helm and Red Hat OpenShift (OCP)
- Collaborate with application teams to enable DevSecOps best practices across 27+ applications
- Implement code scanning and security practices in the pipeline workflow
Required Skills:
- Expertise in Groovy scripting and Jenkins pipeline development
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD automation, Git, and Bitbucket
- Proficient with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) and Helm
- Solid understanding of AWS services (RDS, S3, EC2)
- DevSecOps mindset with experience in cloud modernization initiatives
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise modernization projects
- Background in financial services or regulated industries is a plus
