Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
  • Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and reports.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in construction or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
