Project Manager/BA with Salesforce Health Cloud
Location: REMOTE
Duration: 12-24+ Months
Must have:

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with Business Analyst experience to lead the successful delivery of Salesforce Health Cloud initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of project leadership, business analysis, and technical insight into the Salesforce Health Cloud ecosystem to ensure seamless execution of healthcare-related solutions. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with stakeholders, developers, and clinicians to gather requirements, manage timelines, and deliver scalable, patient-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and resources using agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Serve as the liaison between business teams and technical developers to ensure clear communication and delivery alignment.
- Ensure Health Cloud configurations align with compliance, privacy, and healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA).
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support go-live readiness and post-deployment optimization.
- Create training materials and assist with change management to drive user adoption.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud (certification preferred).
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, patient engagement, and care coordination.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred & Often Overlooked Skills:
- Change management experience especially important in clinical settings where process adoption can be complex.
- Healthcare domain knowledge understanding payer-provider relationships, clinical terminology, or patient lifecycle.
- Empathy and user-centric thinking crucial for designing solutions that enhance patient and care team experiences.
- Data interpretation skills ability to read health data outputs and understand key metrics for outcomes tracking.
- Conflict resolution and facilitation helpful in navigating cross-functional priorities and aligning stakeholders.
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, HL7, FHIR) understanding data flows and interoperability in Health Cloud environments.
- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Business Analyst or Health Cloud Consultant are a strong plus.
