Job Details
Description of Services & Deliverables
The consultant will support a Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) upgrade/migration project by providing development, application support, testing, documentation, and training services.
Development Services
- Create and update HFM business rules and metadata.
- Validate application components and update FDMEE custom scripts.
- Support production HFM applications through go-live.
- Recommend best practices and automate business rule processes.
- Update Webforms and Financial Reporting artifacts.
Application Services
- Document metadata updates using the .app process.
- Provide expertise in HFM Rules logic.
- Develop training materials for admins and users.
- Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions.
Testing Services
Assist with SIT and support client-led UAT.
Disaster Recovery Services
- Review and update the HFM DR plan.
- Assist with DR testing of the upgraded platform.
Documentation
Provide architecture diagrams, installation/configuration guides, migration guides, and validation documents.
Training & Knowledge Transfer
Deliver training on enhancements to HFM, SmartView, FR reporting, security, FDMEE, and rules updates.
