We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our team, supporting senior project leaders in delivering high-quality IT services and projects to enterprise customers. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in project management while gaining exposure to IT delivery, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Support
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and action item logs.
- Support project leads in preparing status reports and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
- Monitor progress against project milestones and flag potential risks or delays.
- Participate in client meetings, capture requirements, and ensure clear communication across teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, QA, etc.) to align on deliverables.
- Ensure customer requests, escalations, and updates are tracked and followed up promptly.
- Support implementation of project management best practices (Agile/Scrum, waterfall, or hybrid models).
- Assist in maintaining project dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
- Help ensure compliance with company standards for documentation, security, and service delivery.
Training & Development
- Receive structured training in:
- Azure DevOps (ADO): project/epic breakdown, sprint planning, tracking & reporting.
- Power BI: creating dashboards and visual reports for project insights.
- Core Project Management Skills: planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery tracking.
- Access mentorship and coaching from senior PMs and Delivery Managers.
- Opportunity to shadow live customer projects and gradually take on increasing responsibilities.
Qualifications: Hard Skills
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0 2 years of experience in project coordination, IT support, or operations (internship experience acceptable).
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, or software delivery preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or similar) is a plus.
