This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.

BGS - Government Training Engineering (GTE) is looking for a Systems Engineer with engineering experience and a desire to support the development of aircrew training systems for one or more Air Dominance platforms, which include F-15, F-18, T-7A, MQ-25 and T-45. This position will provide an opportunity to help drive technical excellence through verification testing activities at the system/product level for GTE products utilized in the training of aircrew and maintenance personnel.

Position Responsibilities:

Assists in applying common test standards and techniques

Participates in all aspects of developing trainers, including requirements confirmation, drafting acceptance test procedures and test reports, tracking discrepancy and anomaly trouble shooting, and participation in several types of testing and meetings.

Assists other team members in the performance of day-to-day operations in a fast-paced testing environment to include running the Instructor Operating Station (IOS), as well as some basic cockpit procedures.

An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Undergraduate degree in engineering

Must have 3 years' experience within an engineering field

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Technical understanding and experience with testing methodologies

Experience working within a SAFe Agile organization utilizing planning tools such as Version One or JIRA

Experience with Training Systems and/or Boeing military aircraft platforms
