Job Details

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing a critical EMS Upgrade project. This role offers a hybrid work environment with occasional travel, focusing on managing complex, multi-year system implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and integrate project plans across multiple workstreams using project management tools.
  • Maintain and update consolidated work plans and manage project dependencies.
  • Gather and consolidate weekly status reports to track project progress.
  • Facilitate the approval process for project deliverables.
  • Oversee resource capacity planning and manage project calendars.

Skills

  • Proven experience in project management with a focus on complex system implementations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage diverse work styles and adhere to software lifecycle and compliance tasks.
  • Skill in visually representing project information effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in the utility or energy industry.
  • Familiarity with real-time operational technology solutions in a 24x7 environment.
  • Experience with systems like GE PowerOn Reliance or similar technologies.
