Marcom is the creatively-led global team that oversees Apple's consumer facing marketing. The Marcom Governance and Technology Operations Team is responsible for governance, policies and compliance around Marcom's security, vendor management, Artificial Intelligence, tools and technology. This role will collaborate closely with governance and functional leads to develop and implement successful change management strategies.

Description The Sr. Change Management Lead, AI Initiatives will drive the strategic transformation of Marcom's adoption and integration of AI technologies. This role combines expertise in organizational change management with deep knowledge management capabilities to ensure smooth transitions as teams adopt new AI tools and processes. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement comprehensive change strategies that address both the human and technical aspects of AI enablement. This position requires a unique blend of change leadership, training development and Artificial Intelligence experience to support Marcom's AI transformation journey.

Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end change management for AI technology rollouts across Marcom teams, including stakeholder analysis, communication planning, adoption tracking, and readiness building through proactive engagement and resistance management.
  • Partner with the Marcom AI steering committee to develop change strategies and assess/mitigate deployment risks while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Create and implement comprehensive AI training programs with scalable learning paths (beginner to advanced) and knowledge management systems to ensure successful tool adoption across all team members.
  • Champion AI literacy and innovation culture through organizational storytelling, success showcases, and peer learning networks while partnering with governance and technology teams to establish practices, process documentation, and feedback mechanisms for optimized AI integration.
  • Design and implement metrics frameworks to measure change effectiveness, user adoption, and business impact while creating inclusive feedback loops that ensure AI tools meet diverse workflow and accessibility requirements.
  • Serve as primary change management liaison between Marcom teams and cross-functional partners (People, Legal, Privacy, Security, IT) to provide data-driven insights to leadership and ensure holistic AI implementation.

Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 9 years of experience in change management, knowledge management or organizational development.
  • Track record of successfully leading large-scale technology adoption initiatives, with demonstrated experience in change management methodologies.
  • Strong background in training design and delivery, knowledge management systems, and adult learning principles with experience creating scalable learning solutions
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with ability to influence and engage team members at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Organizational Development, Change Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience with AI/ML technology implementations, digital transformation initiatives, or emerging technology adoption in marketing or creative environments.
  • Certification in change management or training development with demonstrated application in technology rollouts.
  • Background in knowledge management platforms, learning management systems, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, creative environments with cross-functional teams including creative, technical, and business partners.
  • Understanding of marketing operations, creative workflows, and content management processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in measuring change effectiveness, adoption metrics, and training ROI.

Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,600 and $274,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
