About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Prompt Engineer to design, optimize, and test prompts for AI models to generate accurate, relevant, and high-quality outputs. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between human intent and AI responses, working closely with AI researchers, product managers, and developers to deliver practical AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine prompts for large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI systems to achieve desired outputs.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, engineers, and product teams to design prompt strategies for various applications.
- Analyze AI model outputs and iteratively improve prompts for accuracy, relevance, and efficiency.
- Conduct testing, benchmarking, and evaluation of prompt effectiveness across different scenarios.
- Create guidelines, documentation, and best practices for prompt design and usage.
- Explore creative and innovative approaches to leverage AI capabilities in products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI, NLP, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI outputs, avoiding biases and harmful content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, NLP, Linguistics, or related field.
- Strong understanding of AI/LLM concepts and applications.
- Experience with prompt engineering for ChatGPT, GPT-4, Bard, or similar generative AI models.
- Proficiency in Python or other programming languages used for AI workflows.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize AI outputs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to experiment and innovate.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with API-based AI integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Knowledge of fine-tuning or instruction-tuning AI models.
- Familiarity with evaluation metrics for generative AI (accuracy, relevance, creativity).
- Background in UX/UI design for AI-driven products.
- Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and safety protocols.
