Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Sr. Product Manager, E2E Customer Journey for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Francisco, CA . Also open to remote PST candidates.

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager (Contractor) to join the End-to-End (E2E) Customer Journey Product Management team. In this role, you will help define and improve the customer journey across flagship products and emerging experiences.
In this role, you will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, design, and go-to-market - diagnosing friction, surfacing implications, and ensuring executive visibility into the most critical customer journey issues. Your success will be measured by your ability to frame problems clearly, drive closure with velocity, and influence cross-functional decisions that shape customer outcomes.

Responsibilities :
  • Diagnose and frame journeys: Map end-to-end flows, identify breakdowns, and surface implications for customers and the business.
  • Drive closure with velocity: Create executive-ready narratives, decks, and artifacts that bring clarity and force action.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment: Lead discussions across Product, Marketing, and GTM teams, ensuring tradeoffs and risks are clearly understood.
  • Balance data and insight: Size and prioritize opportunities using both quantitative analysis and qualitative input from customer interviews and user tests.
  • Ensure accountability: Track post-launch performance, identify gaps, and hold teams accountable for addressing customer friction.
  • Influence without authority: Shape executive decisions and organizational priorities through clarity, persistence, and strong storytelling.

Required Skills :
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or product marketing - ideally within consumer software.
  • Proven ability to manage through ambiguity, assess tradeoffs, and thoughtfully prioritize with imperfect data.
  • Strong experience producing executive-facing narratives and presentations that simplify complexity and influence decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a track record of aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with creative/design tools and workflows a plus.
  • MBA preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Executives gain clarity on the most critical customer journey issues and their implications.
  • Decisions are accelerated by the clarity and closure you provide.
  • Friction is reduced across key launches, improving adoption and business impact.
  • A repeatable model for surfacing, framing, and driving closure on journey issues is strengthened through your work.
