Need: Appian Lead Developer Certification

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Appian Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Appian Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions using the Appian low-code platform. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into robust and scalable Appian applications.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Appian applications.
2. Design and develop high-quality solutions using the Appian platform, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
3. Partner with Architect and others to implement complex business processes and workflows on Appian platform.
4. Conduct unit testing and debugging to identify and resolve technical issues in Appian applications.
5. Optimize performance and ensure scalability of Appian applications.
6. Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers.
7. Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing Appian applications.
8. Assist in scoping application requirement, estimating and prioritizing.
9. Work with the delivery manager and the leadership to raise technical and delivery risks in a timely manner, providing insights and recommendations to mitigate potential issues and ensure successful project delivery
10. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
11. Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of the Appian platform and propose innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
12. Mentor and coach junior developers to foster their growth and development in the Appian platform.

Required Qualifications

1. Experienced Developer: 5-8 years of experience as an Appian Developer, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Experience working on data intensive Appian applications with external integrations
2. Appian Platform Proficiency: Proficiency in designing and implementing complex business processes using Appian process modeler and developing Appian objects such as SAIL Forms, records, CDTs, reports and integrations..
3. Architecture Knowledge:Strong knowledge of Appian architecture, including design patterns, best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
4. Database Skills: SQL development and a strong understanding of database design techniques.
5. Integration Expertise: Experience in developing integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and other technologies.
6. Problem-solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues in Appian applications.
7. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
8. Agile Experience: Experience with Agile development methodologies.
9. Certification: Appian Senior Developer certification.

Location

1. Remote with the ability to travel as required.
