Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) to lead and manage projects from initiation through to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP BRIM functionalities and will be responsible for guiding team members on technical aspects, ensuring compliance with software quality processes, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of SAP BRIM projects.
• Guide team members on technical aspects and conduct reviews of technical documents and artifacts.
• Oversee project development, production support, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure timely completion of timesheets and invoicing processes.
• Act as the primary customer interface, proactively addressing issues before escalation.
• Create and review functional and technical specification documents.
• Track open tickets/incidents, allocate resources, and ensure timely closure of tickets.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by the delivery team.
• Promote continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative and efficient practices.
• Ensure project compliance with Software Quality Processes and timelines.
• Serve as the single point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Motivate, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Provide application production support as per the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) Matrix.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with SAP BRIM functionalities.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on software development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Experience in creating and reviewing functional and technical specification documents.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience in application production support.
• Knowledge of software quality assurance processes.
• Understanding of financial processes related to billing and revenue management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in SAP BRIM.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
