About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support agile delivery teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and deliver business value.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Support the team in applying Agile principles and practices to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Identify and help remove impediments that block the team's progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, scope, and timelines.
- Analyze and resolve moderately complex challenges related to Agile delivery.
- Contribute to large-scale planning and execution efforts across multiple teams.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile delivery role.
- Proven ability to lead Agile teams and deliver results in a collaborative environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Experience in large-scale Agile transformations or enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
