Job Details

Required Qualifications:

Marketing Research/Insights, Quantitative Design and Analysis, Large Tracking Study Management or related experience., 8+ years.

Financial Services Industry experience., 0-3+ years.

Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in market research, with a focus on qualitative analysis.

Analytical Skills: Proficient in sample management/recruiting, analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and drawing meaningful conclusions based on business context from quantitative and qualitative data, business/strategic performance.

Technical Expertise:

Proficient in market research tools and software for data collection and completing analysis through Excel using pivot tables and formulas.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with brand health metrics, customer experience measurement, competitive analysis and NPS surveys.

Experience with customer satisfaction, consumer behavior studies, and trend analysis.

Experience with calculating regression, correlations, and statistical significance.

Education:

Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing Research, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration or equivalent field.

High-Level Individual Duties:
- Building out tableau dashboards. Understanding how to pull data from the dashboards.
- Ability to look at all the surveys and view them collectively, pulling overall satisfaction ratings by looking at all of them.
- Once the dashboard is created, need to export them into a standard PowerPoint template to be able to be presented to senior leadership.
? Manager will handle presentation of findings to leadership
- Analyzing customer experience metrics.

- Tableau
? Ability to design, develop & edit the dashboards themselves

- Comfortable with Market research.
