We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Suwanee, GA. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in ServiceNow development, particularly in ITSM Pro, Employee Center, and Service Catalog modules. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM Pro, Employee Center, and Service Catalog.
- Develop and maintain custom applications and workflows using Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow tools.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Manage and optimize the CMDB and Configuration Management processes.
- Ensure security best practices, including ACLs and data policies, are implemented and maintained.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Proven expertise in ITSM Pro, Employee Center, and Service Catalog.
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide, and Flow Designer.
- Solid experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Familiarity with CMDB and Configuration Management.
- Deep understanding of platform security, ACLs, and data governance.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or Certified System Administrator.
- Experience with Scoped Applications and custom UI development.

- Location: Suwanee, GA (on-site preferred; hybrid options may be considered)
