IT Staffing Resource Area: 4 Support Services Project Manager Number of resources: 2

JOB TITLE: Support Services Project Manager

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

Provide day-to-day project management support

Create and publish project documentation, including project status reports, project schedules

and plans, risks, issues and other documentation, as needed

Plan for utilization of resources

Meet with Management and Users to understand project goals and milestones

Track Project milestones and deliverables throughout project life-cycle

Provide and maintain detailed software/hardware maintenance documentation

Act as liaison on behalf of OTS and in-scope agencies

Create end user documentation and training as needed

Provide technical knowledge transfer, training and documentation to OTS and DPS-LSP staff for all requested work, as needed

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

5+ years of experience in managing projects

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:

Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) and Law Enforcement technology projects

Project management with State.

PMP certification

SCRUM Master certification

Managing large scale projects with many teams and stakeholders
