We are looking for a Product Specialist who will become an expert in capabilities, architecture, and customer value. This customer-facing role requires someone who can evangelize, drive adoption, and ensure customer success by aligning the products capabilities with client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related
field or equivalent experience.
- 4-15 years of experience in test automation, digital testing, or related roles, with a focus on
customer-facing responsibilities typically involving digital technologies running on modern
stack and enterprise packaged applications.
- UI Test Automation experience Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TOSCA, UFT etc.
- Backend/API Automation Postman, SOAPUI, RestAssured etc
- Test Management Office(TMO), Test Program Manager etc
- Expertise in test strategy design, test automation tools, and frameworks.
- Knowledge of test data management and performance testing methodologies.
- Experience with Java Spring Boot-based microservicesor other microservices stack in atesting or automation capacity
- AWS services like S3, Lambda, or API Gatewayin the context of test automation
- Integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelinesusing Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
- Experience with performance testing using JMeter or Gatlingfor high-load enterpriseapplications
- Experience in testing applications behind VPNs and firewalls,
- worked with AI-driven testing tools or implemented AI-based test optimizationsin automation
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success and Advocacy:
Act as a trusted advisor for clients, helping them implement, configure, and maximize the
value of Qyrus for their specific business needs.
Evangelize Qyrus by demonstrating its unique value proposition in client engagements,
webinars, and other forums.
Collaborate with customer success teams to proactively address client needs and ensure
they derive maximum value from the product.
Product Expertise:
Gain in-depth knowledge of Qyrus, including its features, use cases, and technical
architecture.
Understand the underlying Java Spring Boot-based microservices stack, AWS
infrastructure, and how Qyrus integrates with modern apps, including those running on
SAP.
Strategic Test Leadership:
Design comprehensive test strategies for clients, leveraging Qyrus s capabilities to address
diverse testing needs.
Provide technical guidance on digital testing, test automation, test data management, and
performance testing.
Technical Problem Solving:
Understand VPN technologies and how they impact cloud-hosted solutions like Qyrus
when connecting to applications running behind client firewalls.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges involving client infrastructure and Qyrus.
AI Advocacy:
Champion the use of AI-driven testing solutions, identifying opportunities to innovate and
expand Qyrus impact in client environments.
Continuous Learning:
Stay current with advancements in digital testing, cloud technologies (especially AWS), AI
in testing, and SAP solutions
