CSAT Agent

Akkodis is seeking an CSAT Agent for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. Candidates must have prior experience in helpdesk support, with responsibilities including logging and resolving user issues and escalating complex problems to technical teams.

Rate Range: $30/hour to $32/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

CSAT Agent job responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for helpdesk support during system decommission activities.
• Log, track, and resolve user issues promptly using ticketing systems.
• Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of helpdesk activities and prepare regular status reports.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, SLAs, and support protocols.
• Collaborate with team managers and technical teams to deliver seamless support during transitions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-3 years of experience in helpdesk or IT support coordination roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support processes, ensuring timely issue resolution and compliance with SLAs.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
