Job Title: PeopleSoft FSCM Developer Accounts Receivable & Billing (ERP Developer 3)

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid 4 Days Remote, 1 Day Onsite: Wednesdays)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Central Time
Duration: Longterm

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Developer to support the enhancement, maintenance, and integration of PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 with a focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing modules. This role requires advanced PeopleTools development experience, strong Oracle database skills, and the ability to work within a large distributed team in a public sector setting.

You will play a critical role in the data migration from legacy systems, interface development with third-party systems, and participate in various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be onsite in Austin, TX once a week (Wednesdays).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and support enhancements and customizations within PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, particularly focused on Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
  • Perform ETL procedures to migrate data from legacy systems to PeopleSoft.
  • Design and develop new interface programs to integrate third-party systems using Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring systems are fully integrated and compliant with ERP standards.
  • Analyze and translate business requirements into technical design specifications.
  • Support AWE (Approval Workflow Engine) configurations and customizations.
  • Conduct performance tuning of SQL and PeopleSoft processes.
  • Collaborate with remote team members using Microsoft O365 tools, especially Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Participate in SDLC processes including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders on PeopleSoft system enhancements and integrations.
  • Provide support for after-hours deployments or critical fixes, as required.

  • Exposure to Treasury Offset Program (TOP)
  • Experience working with SharePoint for document collaboration
  • Experience using JIRA for agile task tracking
  • Exposure to Scrum framework and agile practices
  • Familiarity with STAT for PeopleSoft change management

Work Location & Schedule:

  • Hybrid Schedule: 4 days remote / 1 day onsite (Wednesday)
  • Onsite Location: 4601 W. Guadalupe St., Austin, TX 78751
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT
  • Must be available for occasional after-hours support as required during project phases
