Job Title: Senior Data Conversion Specialist – SAP to Workday
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP to Workday data conversion planning and execution
- Extract HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time data from SAP
- Clean, transform, and map data to Workday templates
- Perform data loads using Workday EIBs, iLoads, and Studio
- Validate data, resolve load errors, and reconcile results
- Support mock conversions, cutover, and post go-live activities
- Work closely with Workday functional teams and client stakeholders
- Create and maintain data mapping and conversion documentation
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of HR data migration or HRIS implementation experience
- Strong SAP HCM / Payroll data expertise
- Hands-on Workday data conversion experience
- Experience with EIBs, iLoads, and Workday templates
- Strong data analysis and validation skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
