Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring for a BHA Response Operations IT Services Manager to support USAID. This position will be located in National Captital Region (NCR) and will be a onsite position.
Responsibilities
The BHA Response Operations Manager will be supporting the Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) tasks for O&M of the USAID Information Technology Infrastructure and Systems (ITIS) program.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Secret clearance or above
12+ years of experience and a bachelors
a. Demonstrated experience in the provision of IT network operations, maintenance, security, and support in a nature similar in size and scope as referenced in this solicitation. Experience should include the provision of IT network and operations support services in an austere (developing country) field-based environment, preferably in humanitarian assistance situations and/or during civilian-based disaster response situations.
b. Demonstrated experience managing the contractor's proposed methodologies and standards as they pertain to the provision of IT network operations, maintenance, and security.
Preferred qualifications:
a. Experience in disaster-related response operations and/or humanitarian assistance programs.
b. Training and demonstrated experience in civilian-based field operations, particularly as it pertains to safety and security.

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
