Job Details

Senior IAM Security Developer

Location: Jersey City, NJ Hybrid
Salary: $130K $135K + Benefits
C2C Rate: $55-60/hr. on C2C
Type: Long-term role (No Infrastructure Engineer or Admin profiles accepted)
Must have 10-12+ Years of total experience .

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) platforms

  • Experience with Okta (or similar SSO/MFA platforms)

  • Expertise in SAML, OAuth2.0, OIDC

  • Proficient in IAM development + L3 support

  • Experience with secure coding practices, authentication/authorization design

  • Solid knowledge in designing scalable IAM solutions and API security

  • Strong troubleshooting, production support, and performance tuning skills

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop secure, scalable Identity solutions using Okta, SAML, OAuth, MFA, and related technologies

  • Provide L3 development-level support for Identity-related issues

  • Implement and maintain authentication & authorization for REST APIs, Microservices, SOAP, and frontend apps

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, peer reviews, and iterative development cycles

  • Automate testing suites, maintain documentation, flow diagrams, and development best practices

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integrated IAM architecture

  • Maintain and enhance existing IAM systems, ensuring high availability and low latency

  • Contribute to incident resolution, production support, and post-implementation validations
