Required Qualifications & Skills ??
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in SAP Basis system administration for complex, enterprise-level SAP landscapes.
- Platform Acumen: Deep proficiency in administering modern SAP environments, specifically including SAP HANA and the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Database/OS Skills: Strong working knowledge of major operating systems (Linux/Unix/Windows) and database platforms (HANA, Oracle, SQL Server).
- Project Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage system refreshes, upgrades, patching cycles, and TMS in a regulated environment.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving complex system, database, and performance issues.
- Communication & Documentation: Effective verbal and written communication skills for documentation, stakeholder updates, and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Soft Skills: Must be a proactive team player with a customer-service focus, dedicated to continuous learning and knowledge transfer.
