Business Solution Analyst/Business analyst (10+ Years exp)

Requirement:

  • Act as a liaison between the technical team and the stakeholders.
  • Lead all business process and data flow modeling, including as-is and to-be.
  • Coordinate, facilitate and manage project meetings.
  • Lead all requirements capture activities.
  • Lead user training activities.
  • Lead knowledge transfer activities.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements using Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) techniques and tools.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather insights from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Define and document business processes, use cases, and user stories to guide solution development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives with business needs.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and risk analyses to inform decision-making.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications, system requirements, and data models as per BABOK guidelines.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation, such as project timelines, RACI and requirements traceability matrices.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, applying BABOK concepts within a Scrum framework to ensure iterative

Mandatory Skills

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
  • At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.
  • The possession of a bachelor s degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
  • Five (5) years of experience as a business analyst or business solution analyst.
  • Three (3) years of experience performing liaison activities between a development team and the customer.

Desirable Skills:

  • Three (3) years of experience conducting business process reengineering.
  • Three (3) years of experience translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
  • Three (3) years of experience conducting knowledge transfer activities.
  • Three (3) years of experience in the role of trainer or leading training activities.
