Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with strong expertise in Capital Markets and hands-on experience working with GoldenSource for a long-term opportunity with our top-tier financial client based in Dallas, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements related to Capital Markets data and operations
Analyze and map data from various sources into GoldenSource
Collaborate with stakeholders (Business, Technology, Compliance) to define functional and non-functional requirements
Work closely with data architects and developers to support integration and onboarding of data into the GoldenSource platform
Support testing, validation, and UAT processes for implemented solutions
Act as a liaison between business and technology teams ensuring proper communication and delivery

Required Skills:
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Capital Markets domain
Strong experience with GoldenSource (Data mastering, entity management, etc.)
Solid understanding of financial products: Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Reference Data
Proficiency in writing BRDs, FRDs, data mapping documents, and workflow diagrams
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:
Experience working with Schwab or similar financial institutions
Knowledge of downstream systems consuming GoldenSource data
Basic understanding of SQL and data querying
