About this Position

The Operations Processor 1 verifies information on Life Applications, Policy Changes and Departmental Reports, for accuracy and then processes the requests as specified on the document. The Processor must ensure the accuracy of signatures, dates and other vital information for State Compliance requirements. All Agent information must be validated as being correct and that appropriate licenses are active within the compliance guidelines. The Processor performs research to complete certain tasks, correct deficient files, mail and sort departmental letters and perform basic accounting as needed.

100% onsite: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:30pm

Pay: $36K

Responsibilities & Qualifications

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's preferred)
    • 10 Key by touch
    • Minimum typing skills of 35 wpm
    • Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office)
    • Basic Accounting Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent problem solving skills
    • Must be a team player with ability to work and think independently
    • Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize
    • Analytical and excellent decision making skills
    • Ability to deal with confidential information
    • Ability to multi-task and work overtime as needed
