Job Description:
The role involves using proprietary software, Gems, which has a six to twelve-month learning curve. The new hire will work closely with directors and junior team members, managing projects and client software evaluations. Ideal candidates should have technical skills, flexibility, and confidence, with experience ranging from three to ten years. Success is measured through development in leading and managing software implementations and project management capabilities. Ideal candidate would be an Actuary with strong ASA or recently obtained FSA

The responsibilities include:

• New hire will manage end-to-end implementation projects for clients.
• Ideal candidates include actuaries, consultants, or investment professionals with strong technical backgrounds.
• The role requires understanding and explaining the software to clients, with a focus on evaluations and project management.
• The new hire will work on a variety of projects, with a broad range of clients and financial needs.
• The team is open to considering candidates with less experience if they are strong candidates.
• The new hire will be the fourth senior person, working closely with directors and junior team members.
• The role involves marketing, sales, onboarding, and leading projects, with a focus on North American clients.
• The role requires a strong technical understanding of the software, with the ability to implement and support it.
• The team is looking for candidates with a combination of technical skills and project management experience.
