About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled iOS Lead Consultant with deep expertise in Objective-C, Swift, and Xcode to join our mobile development team. This is a leadership role where you'll not only architect and develop advanced applications for the iOS platform but also mentor and guide a team of iOS developers, helping them grow technically and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C
  • Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Guide team members through code reviews, architecture decisions, and best practices
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues
  • Stay current with the latest iOS trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Help define technical standards and drive code quality across the team
  • Act as a mentor to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 9+ years of professional iOS development experience
  • Strong command of Swift and Objective-C
  • Deep understanding of Xcode, debugging tools, and Apple s development ecosystem
  • Solid grasp of RESTful APIs, offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
  • Experience with unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to architect scalable mobile solutions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proven experience mentoring and leading iOS developers

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Combine, SwiftUI, or Reactive Programming
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Prior experience as a consultant or working in a client-facing role
