Hybrid 3 days per week in Chandler, AZ
As a Technology Operations Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting enterprise device imaging and deployment across Windows 10 and Windows 11 platforms. You'll work in a fast-paced production environment, managing a high volume of daily service tickets and ensuring devices are prepared and distributed efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Technology Operations Analyst 2

As a Technology Operations Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting enterprise device imaging and deployment across Windows 10 and Windows 11 platforms. You'll work in a fast-paced production environment, managing a high volume of daily service tickets and ensuring devices are prepared and distributed efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Execute imaging and configuration of laptops, desktops, and tablets running Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Manage 40-80 service tickets per day in a high-throughput production setting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within Technology Operations and contribute to low-to-moderately complex initiatives.
- Analyze tactical challenges and recommend solutions using independent judgment and knowledge of policies and procedures.
- Provide timely and accurate information to internal stakeholders and client personnel.
- Maintain compliance with operational standards and safety protocols in a warehouse environment.
- Lift and carry boxes up to 20 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods (up to 8 hours/day).
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Technology Operations or equivalent (e.g., consulting, military service, education, or training).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows imaging and application deployment.
- Familiarity with Windows 11 and enterprise-level device management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a distribution or warehouse environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
