Java Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in Java/Spring Boot and Angular. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of hands-on experience building scalable web applications and services, and a passion for great code and agile development. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in a collaborative environment, with a focus on delivering critical business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Build responsive and dynamic web interfaces using Angular
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and deployment of scalable microservices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while following best practices
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Support continuous integration and deployment in an agile environment

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in full stack development with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
• Strong understanding of API design and integration
• Experience with front-end technologies
• Knowledge of version control systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Need to work onsite in either New York, NY or Pittsburgh, PA

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in the financial services industry.
