Job Description:
  • 6-8 years of professional IT experience, with steadily increasing responsibilities in the IT Infrastructure project management blended with Integration way of thought leadership.
  • 6-8 or more years of experience in managing IT Projects, initiatives and deliverables.
  • Health Care industry or Fortune 100 size company and complexity experience
  • Experience with Integration processes & practices, methodologies and terminology.
  • Excellent collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Experience with hardware and software provisioning, procurement, contract interpretation and or compliance policies and processes.
  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science/related field or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of Network and Systems technologies, including Microsoft email solutions.
  • Overall 1-2 years of Project Management experience, including:
  • Analysis of requirements and documentation o Project Issue and Risk mitigation/resolution.
  • Implementation/Deployment plan creation and management
  • Project Communication and follow-up.
  • IT experience (Infrastructure, Networking and Datacenter Migration).
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple technical project deployments of varying complexity across global team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to proactively communicate concise, written summaries of issues and resolutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to initiate and own all aspects of multiple projects.
  • Strong experience utilizing SDLC and Integration methodologies to complete project implementation/deployments.
  • Strong inter-personal skills to communicate effectively across all levels and audiences (executives, technologists, engineers, customers, vendors and other business professionals).
  • Actively demonstrate critical thinking within daily activities and across all work deliverables.
  • Possesses strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with a can-do" approach to solving problems.
  • Demonstrates self-confidence and self-reliance in all aspects of this role, including escalations.
  • Demonstrates ability to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Effectively manage and communicate implementation/deployment. expectations to global team members and stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Ability to consistently time manage effectively across multiple projects in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Flexibility to adjust when needed, to think in the moment and propose solutions to challenges.
