Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of custom software solutions across our enterprise systems. This role plays a critical part in building modern, scalable applications by leveraging both front-end and back-end technologies. You will oversee the full development lifecycle-from planning and architecture through delivery, documentation, troubleshooting, and end-user training. As a technical mentor, you'll guide the development team on best practices, architecture, and the adoption of emerging technologies.

• Lead full-stack application development projects through the complete software lifecycle using project management principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Design and build high-quality web applications using modern frameworks such as Angular (with NgRx) and Node.js.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and development patterns to enhance the application ecosystem.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development team members on architecture, design, and coding standards.
• Establish and maintain code review processes to ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack and recommend improvements based on system insights.
• Produce and maintain thorough documentation for applications, processes, and configurations.
• Conduct end-user training and support onboarding for newly developed applications.
• Effectively prioritize and manage multiple development tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Recommend enhancements to improve the performance, usability, and maintainability of existing systems.

• At least 7 years of hands-on full stack development experience with increasing responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead complex development initiatives from conception to deployment.

• Experience with version control systems and DevOps tools, such as Azure DevOps and GitHub
• History of providing technical mentorship and influencing engineering best practices

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor developers and engage with stakeholders across the organization.
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities to design and implement efficient, scalable solutions.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Confident in making technical presentations to small and large groups.
• Proficient in general PC operations, development tools, and troubleshooting environments.
