Role: Overlay Sales leader Cloud Migration & Modernization
Hire Type- Fulltime Overlay Sales Leader
Dynamic seller with having ability uncover cloud transformation opportunities either in migration, modernization or native cloud deployments. This individual should be able to work with hyperscalers, internal hunting teams and industry analysts to identify the right solution to be sold to the customer. Also contribute towards new and trendsetting offers in the market based on the market study Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the acquisition sales function for the Cloud service line to help grow the business and act as a single point of reference for customer, hyper scalers, and internal stakeholders for the region.
Accountable for revenue growth by positioning our offerings to customers, hyper scalers, and internal stakeholders.
Lead and manage the customer acquisition by working with strategic partnership alliance, delivery unit and Presales unit.
Work closely with farmers and hunters from vertical lines to ensure proper positioning of our services and identifying opportunities for penetration. Technical Expectation:
Help enterprises embrace transformation to the cloud.
Understand the Technical Design from Technical Design/Approach including Application, DevOps, Cloud, Integration, Database Design etc.
Govern the implementation of the proposed transformation solution, test strategy, deployment strategy.
A thought leader with a knowledge of implementation of serverless and container-based cloud application architecture using Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform/PCF PaaS component and services. Essential Skills
Should have minimum 16+ years of experience and 10+ in acquisition sales.
5+ years of experience in Cloud Consulting, Modernization of Legacy applications.
Hands on experience in Docker containerization & Kubernetes administration, management, and setup.
Hands on experience in Azure/AWS/Google Cloud and should be well versed with their respective Cloud Offerings & Products.
Knowledge on DevOps and its entire lifecycle and hands on experience in DevOps toolsets like Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, and groovy.
Experience in Migration of Infrastructure, applications, and data to Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with functional decomposition of application and identifying Microservices candidates.
Experience in Containerization of applications, Cloud Functions and describe when to use what.
Experience in analyzing and migration of Web Apps, Mainframe apps and Vendor Products
Experience with building migration strategies, approaches, roadmap and describe the key challenges w.r.t to mass migration.
Experience in Java/ .NET application technology stack.
Ability to determine, analyze, design and propose a 6R based solution for a portfolio of applications.
Experience in handling CxO / VP level on the client side. Essential Qualification
Bachelors or master s in computer science is preferred.
Cloud certification from AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure
