Job Title: Atlassian Enterprise Solutions Consultant (with Rovo AI & Analytics Expertise)
Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Atlassian Enterprise Solutions Consultant to join our team and support a strategic client initiative. This role requires deep expertise in enterprise-scale Atlassian environments, with a strong understanding of emerging technologies such as Rovo AI and enterprise analytics. The ideal candidate will be a proactive consultant who can advise, architect, and implement cutting-edge solutions not just execute tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and optimization of enterprise-wide Atlassian toolchains (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) with a focus on scalability, security, and best practices.

  • Evaluate and implement new Atlassian features and third-party integrations aligned with business goals.

  • Provide subject matter expertise on Rovo AI capabilities and integrations within the Atlassian ecosystem.

  • Develop and automate dashboards, reporting systems, and analytics using Atlassian data (and optionally other platforms like Power BI or Tableau).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and deliver end-to-end solutions.

  • Stay current with evolving Atlassian Cloud, Data Center, and AI/analytics technologies to make proactive recommendations.

  • Provide training and documentation to ensure successful handover and end-user adoption.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience working in Atlassian enterprise environments.

  • In-depth knowledge of Atlassian administration, user management, permission schemes, workflows, and automation.

  • Experience with Rovo AI or similar AI-based productivity solutions in enterprise tools.

  • Proficiency in analytics/reporting tools and extracting insights from Atlassian or integrated platforms.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven track record of being a strategic advisor, not just an executor.
