Description
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Spartanburg, South Carolina. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business systems and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position provides an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact while working in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert for business systems and tools, including CRM platforms.
Analyze business processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation such as requirements summaries, test scripts, and system design diagrams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
Configure and test prototypes to validate business needs and refine solutions.
Design, implement, and manage software programs tailored to organizational needs.
Evaluate and troubleshoot existing systems, ensuring optimal performance.
Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and manage product roadmaps.
Conduct AB testing and gap analysis to drive informed decision-making.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring seamless adoption of new systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with business systems and CRM platforms.
Proficiency in Salesforce, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Proven ability to design and implement dashboards and workflows within Salesforce.
Familiarity with business analysis techniques such as gap analysis and backlog grooming.
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and tools like Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
Excellent communication skills for presenting complex topics to non-technical audiences.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
