Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep Salesforce customization expertise, hands-on exposure to AI/ML capabilities, and strong technical leadership to guide teams in delivering scalable, high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical design and solution architecture for Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Design and develop advanced customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and complex integrations.
- Drive AI/ML initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging Einstein AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning capabilities to enhance platform value.
- Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews, technical coaching, and best-practice enforcement to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Partner with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
- Optimize system performance, data models, and integration architectures for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Lead deployment and release activities, manage technical risks, and ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, AI/ML advancements, and emerging technologies to continuously drive innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative automation tools.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex Salesforce implementations.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II and Application Architect certifications preferred.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts with practical experience implementing AI-driven features in Salesforce (Einstein Analytics, Einstein Bots, predictive models).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and generative AI capabilities.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft, Python, or other data engineering tools.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
