RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Test Lead - Quality Assurance.
Responsibilities:
* Test Software across a wide range of real-world configurations: devices, networks, and cloud environments
* The Test Lead will identify, document, prioritize, and track defects across the product lifecycle
* Collaborate with engineers to diagnose root causes and verify fixes before release
* Continuously improve test coverage, efficiency, and feedback loops
* Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, for web, mobile, API and IoT components
* Define test strategies aligned with product and customer goals, ensuring coverage for functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios
* Build, scale, and maintain robust automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines
* Monitor automation runs, troubleshoot failures, and partner with developers for fast resolution
* Validate production readiness through rigorous pre-release testing and quality gates
* The Test Lead will support release rollouts with smoke testing, deployment sign-offs, and post-release validation
* Collaborate with SRE/DevOps to monitor production quality and triage customer-impacting issues
REQUIREMENTS:
* BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
* 3 years of test lead experience
* 3 years of experience with software QA; Strong test design and execution experience
* 3 years of proven expertise in building automated test suites for web, mobile, and APIs using tools like: Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman, JMeter, Mocha, Cucumber, BrowserStack, Charles Proxy, etc.
* 3 years of experience in testing of iOS and Android platforms for mobile app validation
* Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
