- Develop and maintain automation scripts (using tools like AWS CLI, CloudFormation, or Terraform) to streamline deployment and management processes.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and virtualization technologies.
- Design, deploy, and maintain the infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Respond to incidents, troubleshoot system problems, and provide timely resolution.
- Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement configuration management tools to manage infrastructure as code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address their IT needs.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and assist in solving technical challenges.
