Contract: Long-term Contract
- 8 10 years of professional experience as an Agile Product Owner in the financial services industry.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Bot Framework (must be explicitly shown on the resume).
- Strong background in IVR systems, Chatbot/AI technologies, NLP, and conversational designs.
- Proven ability to manage backlogs and Kanban boards using Azure DevOps.
- Expertise in voice channel technologies (IVR, speech recognition, AI-driven voice solutions).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
