Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Pre-Sales Consultant to support our sales team in identifying client needs and crafting tailored NetSuite solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in understanding client requirements, demonstrating NetSuite capabilities, and bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales Executives to conduct discovery sessions and understand customer business processes, needs, and challenges.

  • Deliver tailored, compelling NetSuite product demonstrations focused on business value and ROI.

  • Map client requirements to NetSuite functionalities, highlighting how the solution addresses specific challenges.

  • Prepare solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and scoping documents in collaboration with delivery teams.

  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design proof of concepts (POCs) or prototypes when necessary.

  • Provide competitive positioning of NetSuite against other ERP systems.

  • Assist in defining implementation scope, timelines, and effort estimates during the sales cycle.

  • Stay up to date on NetSuite product updates, industry trends, and best practices to effectively advise clients.

  • Support in building industry-specific solution frameworks or accelerators to improve pre-sales cycles.

  • Represent the company at events, webinars, and conferences when required.
