We are on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Senior Data Science/LLM Engineer (Fine-tuning) to join our team. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to improve performance and efficiency.
2. Work closely with the data science team to analyze complex datasets and derive insights.
3. Apply machine learning and data mining techniques to solve real-world problems.
4. Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions for data analysis.
5. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
6. Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
7. Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
8. Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
9. Stay updated with the latest technology trends related to AI, machine learning, and data science.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data science or LLM engineer role.
3. Proficient in Python and familiar with various data science libraries and frameworks.
4. Proven experience in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).
5. Proficient in using AI and machine learning techniques to create scalable solutions for business problems.
6. Experience with fine-tuning-as-a-service is a must.
7. Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
8. Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
9. Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
10. Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests, and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications.
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
12. Driven, self-motivated, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
