Job Description/ Responsibilities:
  • The Senior Business Analyst cum Scrum master will oversee and manage complex projects within the Accounts Payable domain, ensuring successful delivery through effective project tracking, time management, and quality management.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of project scope management and stakeholder engagement, utilizing Agile PLM and Scrum methodologies.
  • The candidate will work in a hybrid model with a focus on day shifts, contributing to the companys strategic goals
  • - Lead project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within the Accounts Payable domain, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • - Oversee project tracking and time management to ensure timely completion of all project phases.
  • - Implement project quality management practices to maintain high standards and meet client expectations.
  • - Manage project scope effectively to prevent scope creep and ensure project deliverables are met.
  • - Facilitate Scrum meetings and Agile practices to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
  • - Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • - Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
  • - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project components.
  • - Provide regular project updates to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:
  • - Possess extensive experience in project tracking, time management, and quality management within the Accounts Payable domain.
  • - Demonstrate proficiency in project scope management and stakeholder engagement.
  • - Have a strong background in Scrum and Agile PLM methodologies.
  • - Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse project teams.
  • - Show a proven track record of successful project budgeting and financial management.
  • - Hold a Bachelors degree in a relevant field, with a preference for candidates with a Masters degree.
