Strong understanding of financial services, including life insurance and retail annuities
Experience acting as a technical liaison between business partners, IT teams, and third-party vendors
Ability to brainstorm, research, and creatively resolve issues to meet objectives and long-term strategies
Ability to represent both business and technology leadership
Self-starter comfortable working autonomously and with ambiguity
Ability to work with senior management, business teams, and IT teams to influence decision-making
Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to adapt to change
Ability to proactively take ownership of projects and drive them to completion
Ability to identify and support process improvements that provide business value
Detail-oriented with strong oral and written communication skills
Business Analyst Overview:
The Business Analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders and the project team to understand business needs and implement solutions that streamline or improve existing processes
This role supports the full lifecycle of business process improvements-from understanding and documenting requirements to partnering with technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation
The Business Analyst will analyze feasibility, facilitate solution development, and ensure alignment between business strategy and technical execution
The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to successfully manage stakeholder expectations, and a solid understanding of end-to-end business process impacts across the organization
