Jr. /Associate E-Learning Developer
6 Month Contract to hire
Conversion Salary: $45,000 yearly
40 hours a week
100% Remote must be in the United States able to work for any employer - first preference to candidate that can travel to appleton, Wi as needed

  • Must have HTML + CSS +Javascript - looking to see this in internship or job experience
  • Quality Assurance experience to be able to check over and trouble shoot problems

Skills and Qualifications:
Moderate understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds
Moderate understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
Collaboration with internal teams, external teams, and management to ensure requirements are met and projects are on schedule.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent follow-up, time management, and organization skills
Strong editing, written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
Proactive technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Understanding of SCORM
Good understanding of LMS Development tools
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance
Primary Responsibilities:
Provides support creating/revising e-learning using current development software
Maintains e-learning content using current development software
Provides guidance to the project teams to design, develop, and test SCORM compliant e-learning
Upload and configure e-learning and print content into the learning management systems
Provides support with integrating emerging advances activities to support instructional methods and technologies into e-learning
Test and Review designs for errors before publishing
Select, modify, and integrate existing instructional materials that employ multimedia and emerging technologies
Support the application of interaction design and interactive learning principles to instructional solutions for adult learners
Supports incorporating changes recommended by internal and external clients
Leverage web development languages like JavaScript for advanced learning activities and reduce development time.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
